Job Description:
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.

Hours of work :
• 40+ Hours per week/Store Rota/5 out of 7 days

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Appoints staff, assigns tasks and monitors and reviews staff performance.
• Liaises with other staff to provide information about merchandise, special promotions etc to customers.
• Ensures that adequate reserves of merchandise are held and that stock keeping is carried out efficiently.
• Ensures customer complaints and queries regarding sales and service are appropriately handled.
• Oversees the maintenance of financial and other records and controls security arrangements for the premises.
• Authorises payment for supplies received and decides on vending price, discount rates and credit terms.
• Examines quality of merchandise and ensures that effective use is made of advertising and display facilities.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets within agreed levels for the store, as well as personal sales target. Deliver a high standard of administration to reduce errors, and achieve good store order accuracy, and meet requirements from other departments.
• To support the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• To actively manage the sales process observing and supporting team members, managing the shop floor effectively, and the e pipeline to maximise the sales result, ensuring all Sales Advisors are adhering to processes.
• To ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Ensure that the store is well merchandised, to maintain to the highest standards, with refreshes of displays.
• To ensure that all administrative processes are always used, meeting company standards including all cash handling and Finance procedures.
• Maintaining a strong customer service focus for after sales service and supporting the customer journey to maintain lasting customer relations and repeat purchases.
• Track KPI’s for all the team and use for Monthly and Quarterly staff Reviews as part of the Performance management process
• Transparent Management style with clear, open & honest communication with team.
• Regular documented coaching and training with all Sales Advisors
• A positive “can do” approach, creating a positive team atmosphere, with a culture of continual improvement

Job Types:
• Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
• £26500.00-£27000.00 per year

Schedule:
• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

Experience:
• Retail Sales Management: 1 year (preferred)

Qualifications:
• High school education or equivalent experience
• 2+ years’ store management experience
• Customer centric with a positive attitude
